Neidy DeJesus, Director of Research, Human Resources

Neidy is credited with developing and building the Research Department. She continues to train the Research Team and is currently spearheading the department’s expansion. In addition, she is responsible for vetting and implementing new IT solutions that will keep MedBest ahead of the pack.  Her specialty areas of research and sourcing are Senior Living Regional, C-Suite, and Senior Care IT positions.

Neidy works hard to ensure that best practices and approaches are taken to propel MedBest forward on its tremendous growth trajectory.

As the HR Manager, she has the employee’s best interests at heart. She believes that everyone at MedBest deserves her attention and should be made a priority since employees are MedBest’s number one asset. Neidy works closely with MedBest President, Julie Rupenski, to onboard new employees and facilitate company policies and procedures.

Neidy believes in giving back to the community has volunteered with the Child Life Department of St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital, Feeding America Tampa Bay and church activities such as feeding the homeless and fundraisers.

Neidy earned her BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida. She enjoys party planning, arts and crafts, reading, technology and has  passion for learning new things. She enjoys time spent with family as well as the unique activities of old school video games and film editing.
