Heather Szmigiel joined MedBest as a full-time Executive Recruiter in 2022, bringing 20 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator. Today, Heather specializes in Hospice and Home Care Executive Search staying ahead of industry trends to meet the growing demand for highly experienced professionals.

Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management with an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts.

Her hobbies include cooking and gardening. In addition, and most of all, she loves spending time with her family and being a part of her kid’s sports and school activities and events.
