An established and successful Indiana-based Senior Living Management Company oversees 60 Independent Living and Assisted Living Communities and has commissioned MedBest Recruiting to acquire a dynamic and forward-thinking President for the overall day-to-day operations.

This Senior Living Corporation is focused on providing excellent Independent Living and Assisted Living property management services and resident supportive services that meet clients’ goals and the communities’ needs. They have created positive housing for thousands of seniors by providing supportive services that connect seniors with needed services.

Role of President:

The President shall have previous experience in Senior Living Management and handle the responsibility and supervision for the overall day-to-day operations of the Corporation, subject to the control and direction of the Chief Executive Officer and of the Board of Directors.

The President shall perform all duties and have all the powers incident to the office of chief operating officer and all such other duties and powers as, from time to time, may be assigned to the President by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors.  Subject to the control and direction of the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors, the President may enter into any contract or execute and deliver any document or instrument in the name and on behalf of the Corporation.
