The Director of Accounting will be involved with all aspects of financial management, will report directly to the ownership team, and will be the TOP Financial Operator for this company.

Candidate Profile

Our client is in search of a leader and forward thinker who can grow within the company’s continued success and growth trajectory.  Our client prefers a candidate who is:

• A financial expert with leadership abilities
• Ready to grow with integrity, strong analytical skills, technological knowledge, and the ability to problem-solve
• Systems/procedures oriented, accountable, results-oriented, disciplined and highly organized 
• Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (or commensurate experience). 
• Experienced with a minimum of 3 years leading a financial team for an accounting firm or other large institution
• Familiar with preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Experienced in senior housing billing and payable practices (preferred but not required)
