MedBest is partnering with a trusted senior care advisory organization to hire a Senior Care Healthcare Liaison in the Minneapolis–St. Paul market.

If you have an established network with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health, hospice, physicians, or other healthcare referral partners, this is an opportunity to grow a territory while helping seniors and families navigate important care decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout the Twin Cities healthcare community.

  • Grow new business through networking and community outreach.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for healthcare professionals and referral partners.

  • Collaborate with an experienced internal team to ensure families receive exceptional support.

  • Manage your own territory with autonomy and flexibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of healthcare business development, liaison, admissions, or community outreach experience.

  • Existing relationships within the Minneapolis–St. Paul healthcare market.

  • Knowledge of the senior care continuum, including hospitals, senior living, home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
