We’re partnering with an established, privately held post-acute provider (40+ years) to hire two strong Executive Directors / Nursing Home Administrators for two upscale Skilled Nursing Facilities just outside Austin, Texas. These are high-expectation, hospitality-forward communities with a major focus on skilled rehab/managed care census and patient outcomes.
If you’re a Texas-licensed NHA who runs a building like a CEO—driving census, compliance, service, and culture—this is a high-impact opportunity with rare monthly bonus potential.

Compensation

Base salary range: $120,000–$150,000 (depending on building/experience)

Monthly bonus potential: strong, performance-based (often $3,500–$10,000+ / month, not guaranteed)
What you’ll do

Own census strategy (bed management, referral relationships, payer mix, skilled growth)

Drive performance across quality, survey readiness, staffing efficiency, and patient/resident experience

Oversee budget planning, expense control, and financial performance

Ensure monthly QA/QAPI meetings and drive effective interdisciplinary collaboration

Build a culture of accountability, respect, and service excellence
What we’re looking for
-
Active/current Texas Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license (required)

Minimum 1+ year experience as an Administrator/Executive Director overseeing a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Strong financial, census, and operational leadership (skilled mix + bed management)

Professional presence with a hospitality/service mindset (high-end, high-expectation environment)
