4893 – DIRECTOR OF NURSING FOR PRIVATE CARE ORGANIZATION IN BEAUTIFUL PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA!

This may be that opportunity.

We are partnering with a new concierge private-care organization in Palm Beach County and are seeking a polished, entrepreneurial Director of Nursing to become its founding clinical leader.

This is not a traditional DON role. You won’t inherit someone else’s department, systems or culture. You’ll have the opportunity to help build the clinical operation from the beginning and establish the standard for an exceptional private-pay client experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The DON will serve as the clinical face of the organization, working directly with new clients and families while helping establish the clinical infrastructure needed for growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conduct initial client intake and clinical assessments

• Develop individualized approaches to client care needs

• Establish clinical policies, procedures and documentation processes

• Help develop a high-quality network of RNs, LPNs, CNAs and HHAs for referral

• Maintain clinical and regulatory standards

• Assist with appropriate caregiver/client matching

• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for clients and families

• Partner closely with ownership as the organization grows

During the startup phase, ownership will lead the administrative and sales/business-development functions, allowing the DON to focus on clinical leadership, client relationships and building an exceptional care experience.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

This organization is being built around a private-pay, concierge model serving clients and families who expect highly personalized service, responsiveness and discretion.

The ideal candidate is a Florida-licensed RN who combines strong clinical judgment with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You should be comfortable walking into a client’s home, establishing trust quickly, assessing complex needs and representing the organization with warmth and professionalism.

Experience in one or more of the following is especially valuable:

Private Duty Nursing | Concierge Nursing | Private-Pay Home Care | Nurse Registry | Home Health | RN Care Management | Client Intake/Assessment

Previous DON experience is valuable, but a current DON title is not required. Accomplished Clinical Directors, Directors of Clinical Services, RN Care Managers, Clinical Managers and Nursing Supervisors with strong leadership and client-facing experience are encouraged to explore the opportunity.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, highly responsive and excited about building something from the ground up.
