Wellness Nurse Manager (RN) | Champaign County, IL

MedBest Executive Recruiting is seeking an RN leader for a Wellness Nurse Manager opportunity at a highly-respected nonprofit Life Plan community in Champaign County. This role will lead both assisted living and memory care. The community pairs personalized care with a park-like campus, modern assisted living and memory care residences, and a commitment to helping older adults maintain purpose and connection.

What you’ll bring

• An active Illinois RN license

• Experience supporting memory care

• At least three years of nursing experience and experience supervising clinical staff

• Strong communication, judgment, organization, and resident and family service

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, senior living, long-term care, or skilled nursing
