What You’ll Do

• Drive occupancy through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents and referral partners.

• Conduct community tours and manage the sales pipeline.

• Collaborate with leadership to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

• Represent the community at networking and outreach events.

• Lead and support the sales process from inquiry to move-in.

Looking for

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field.

• Proven ability to build relationships and exceed sales goals.

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

• Passion for serving seniors and working in a collaborative environment.
