Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations

• Lead quality improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives

• Drive census development and referral growth strategies

• Support recruitment, retention, and staffing initiatives

• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness

• Develop and mentor department leaders

• Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license

• Skilled Nursing Facility leadership experience required

• Proven operational and financial management experience

• Strong regulatory and survey background

• Demonstrated success building teams and driving performance
