Regional Director of Operations (RDO) | West Virginia & Virginia | Skilled Nursing

MedBest is seeking a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to oversee a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities throughout West Virginia.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing operators in long-term care. The Regional Director will oversee facilities in West Virginia and Virginia, partnering directly with Administrators and clinical leaders to drive operational performance, quality outcomes, census growth, financial performance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight across multiple skilled nursing facilities

• Coach and support Administrators and leadership teams

• Drive census, quality measures, regulatory compliance, and financial performance

• Partner with clinical leadership to improve outcomes and survey readiness

• Develop and execute strategic plans for facility performance improvement

• Build and maintain a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence

• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective action plans when needed

What They’re Looking For

• Current or recent Regional Director of Operations experience in Skilled Nursing

• Multi-site leadership experience required

• Strong understanding of operations, reimbursement, quality measures, and regulatory compliance

• Proven ability to develop Administrators and leadership teams

• Results-oriented leader who thrives in an accountable environment

• West Virginia experience strongly preferred
