What You’ll Do

• Lead all initial client assessments and transition care to your nursing team

• Supervise and develop nurses, maintaining the clinical excellence the agency is known for

• Serve as a community ambassador—building and nurturing referral relationships

• Be available 24/7 to support on-call staff when it matters

What You Bring

• 5+ years of private duty home care experience

• BSN required; Master’s preferred

• Strong clinical foundation with regulatory and staffing knowledge
