A large, well-established continuing care retirement community in the Philadelphia area is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead campus operations across Independent Living, Personal Care, and Skilled Nursing.

This is an opportunity to step into a high-visibility leadership role with the ability to influence culture, drive occupancy strategy, and mentor an experienced leadership team.

Key Highlights:

• Oversight of a full-service CCRC with multiple levels of care

• Lead and develop 8 direct reports and a broader team of department leaders

• Stable clinical leadership in place, including a dedicated Skilled Nursing Administrator and Personal Care Administrator

• Hands-on leadership environment with a strong focus on team engagement and resident experience

• Responsibility for operational performance, compliance, survey readiness, quality initiatives, and financial oversight

• Opportunity to help shape culture and strategic direction during a period of organizational transition
