With over 200 units and a strong, cohesive team that is continuing to grow, this community represents a genuinely compelling opportunity for the right senior housing leader.

What we are looking for

• 5 or more years of senior housing community leadership experience

• Proven operational excellence and a track record of running quality communities

• Experience in active adult, independent living, or comparable senior housing settings

• A leadership style grounded in accountability, team development, and resident experience
