Director of Human Resources – Healthcare Organizations | Twin Cities, Minnesota

MedBest is seeking a proven Director of Human Resources on behalf of an established, Minnesota-based post-acute healthcare organization with a strong and growing presence across the state.

This is a high-level leadership role responsible for overseeing HR strategy, compliance, employee relations, and workforce initiatives across multiple affiliated organizations.

This on-site position works closely with ownership and executive leadership and will support several healthcare entities on a need-to-know basis. Because of the structure of the organization, this role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information while helping guide the continued growth of the companies.

The Role

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-moving, multi-site environment and has experience leading HR operations within healthcare, senior living, home care, hospice, or other regulated industries.

Who You Are / What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

• 5+ years of prior experience in an HR leadership role required.

• Experience in healthcare and multi-site organizations strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
