Director of Nursing (SNF) — Canon City, CO | Full-Time | On-site

Our services have been retained by Hildebrand Care Center to find their next Director of Nursing. The person that takes this position will be overseeing all clinical aspects at a 5-star facility, the only 5-star building in Fremont County! This facility boasts a great culture with a supportive clinical team already in place. The Administrator is dedicated to quality and has created a collaborative setting for employees to thrive.

Scope of Position

• Ability to lead a SNF nursing department

• Strong regulatory / survey-readiness focus

• Comfortable serving as #2 leader in the building

• Experience stabilizing clinical operations while maintaining quality outcomes

• Cost-conscious staffing mindset

Requirements

• Active RN license required (CO or compact eligible)

• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred

• Nurse management experience required
