Director of Sales – Assisted Living Communities | Central Minnesota

MedBest is partnering with an established senior living organization operating assisted living and memory care communities across Central Minnesota. The organization is growth-oriented, relationship-driven, and thoughtfully expanding its footprint within the region.

This is a field-based admissions leadership role designed for a sales professional who understands how to build trust, support occupancy goals, and partner closely with onsite leadership across multiple communities—while staying grounded in a manageable territory.

The Role

As Director of Sales, you’ll lead admissions and referral development efforts across multiple assisted living communities. You’ll work closely with Executive Directors and onsite teams to strengthen referral pipelines, increase occupancy, and ensure consistent, relationship-driven growth.

This role is intentionally designed to remain hands-on and collaborative—offering multi-site impact without spreading you too thin.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive admissions and occupancy across assisted living communities

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and community partners

  • Collaborate closely with Executive Directors and onsite leadership

  • Support admissions strategy as new communities come online

  • Maintain a visible, consistent presence throughout the territory

Who You Are / What You Bring

  • Senior living sales or admissions experience (assisted living preferred)

  • Proven ability to grow occupancy through relationship-based referrals

  • Comfortable supporting multiple communities while staying organized and present

  • Polished, credible communicator with referral partners and families

  • Collaborative leadership style with strong follow-through

  • Motivated by long-term growth and stability
