MedBest is seeking a proven Sales Director on behalf of an established, Minnesota-based home health and home care organization with a strong and growing presence across the state.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven leadership role within a well-run organization offering a true full-spectrum home-based care platform, including Medicare-certified home health, managed care, and non-medical private-pay home care services. The ideal candidate is a polished healthcare sales leader who understands how to build trust, grow census, and expand referral partnerships across multiple service lines.

The Role

As Sales Director, you will serve as the organization’s primary growth driver in the field—responsible for developing referral relationships, increasing market visibility, and expanding census across home health and home care. This role is designed for someone who values autonomy, accountability, and long-term impact, with the ability to grow across multiple payer sources rather than being siloed into a single service line.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive census growth across Medicare, managed care, and private-pay home care services

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and community partners

  • Expand market presence through consistent, relationship-based outreach

  • Represent the organization professionally as a trusted home-based care partner

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align sales efforts with growth strategy

  • Own your territory and referral relationships with clear performance expectations

Who You Are / What You Bring

  • A healthcare sales leader with experience in home health, home care, or related post-acute services

  • Proven ability to grow referrals and census through relationship-driven selling

  • Comfortable working autonomously in the field with strong follow-through

  • Polished, credible, and professional with both clinical and non-clinical referral sources

  • Strategic in approach, but consistent in execution

  • Motivated by long-term growth rather than short-term wins
