MedBest Recruiting is partnering with a premier luxury senior living community in Sarasota, Florida, to identify an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join their Living Well Clinic. Position Summary
The APRN will play an integral role in delivering comprehensive, relationship-based care to independent residents. Emphasis is placed on mental wellness therapy, supportive counseling, chronic care coordination, and whole-person health support. This is a low-volume, high-touch clinical environment designed to preserve dignity, foster meaningful connections, and promote sustained well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mental wellness therapy, supportive counseling, and clinical assessment for residents
• Support physical and emotional well-being through direct care, monitoring, and clinical guidance
• Build trusted relationships through thoughtful one-on-one engagement
• Conduct chronic care management and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Serve as a clinical resource within the Living Well Clinic, working closely with physicians, therapists, and leadership
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Practice with autonomy while aligning with the community’s mission and culture of care

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Current APRN with an active, unrestricted license
• Minimum of 3+ years of clinical practice (clinic, senior living, geriatrics, or long-term care preferred)
• Experience in mental wellness support, counseling, or therapy
• Demonstrated ability to provide relationship-based care in a refined, non-high-volume setting
• Strong communicator with emotional intelligence and professionalism
• Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating across disciplines
• The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and thrives in a mission-driven healthcare environment
