A high-impact, high-autonomy VPO opportunity just opened up in North Carolina.

A well-known and respected LTC organization recently promoted Divisional VP and is building out their leadership team. They are looking for a dynamic, multi-site operator to take the reins of the Southwest NC region.

This is a key position, overseeing 10+ facilities with direct reports across NHAs and Regionals. You’ll have the chance to own census growth, build the skilled mix, and sharpen survey readiness, especially in a few newer buildings that are trending in the right direction.
