I’m working with a well-established provider seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to lead sales and marketing efforts for a beautiful, modern senior living community in the Main Line area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows senior living sales and enjoys being hands-on. As the Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll take meaningful ownership of occupancy growth, referral development, and the overall sales process, while having the support and resources of an established organization behind you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct senior living sales experience

• Experience selling assisted living/personal care; memory care experience preferred

• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through move-in

• Strong closing, follow-up, and relationship-building skill

• • Comfortable working independently while leveraging regional and corporate resources

• Strong CRM and pipeline-management experience

• Local to the Main Line area or within a reasonable commuting distance
