The Opportunity

This Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) role oversees a well-aligned campus that brings together Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care under one roof.

What You’ll Do

• Provide full operational oversight across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care

• Lead, mentor, and support department heads and interdisciplinary teams

• Drive performance across census, occupancy, and overall community outcomes

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and operational planning

• Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, including memory care expansion

• Maintain a strong presence within the community, supporting both team culture and resident experience

What You Bring:

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) (required)

• Proven experience as an Executive Director / Administrator in senior living or skilled nursing

• Strong understanding of multi-level care environments (SNF, Assisted Living, Memory Care)

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive performance, and maintain compliance

• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance

• Leadership presence with the ability to build culture and accountability
