What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day assisted living operations and ensure regulatory compliance

• Guide onboarding and orientation for clinical and non-clinical team members

• Foster a positive, welcoming culture for residents, families, and staff

• Conduct community tours and build relationships with prospective residents

• Oversee move-in coordination and resident transitions

• Support survey readiness and maintain compliance with Minnesota assisted living regulations

What You Bring

• Being licensed as an assisted living director (LALD) is preferred but not required.
