Brendan Tateishi, MBA, MA, joined MedBest Recruiting in late 2024 as an Executive Recruiter. He began his career as an educator in New York City and Florida. Seeking continued professional growth and a broader strategic impact, he earned his MBA from the University of Maine in 2024, building on his undergraduate degree and his MA in Education from Columbia University.

After gaining experience with a startup and contributing to AI initiatives at Meta, Brendan transitioned into executive recruiting—where his backgrounds in education and business, along with his strong understanding of people, naturally align. At MedBest, he partners with senior living organizations nationwide to identify and place high-performing leadership talent.

Outside of work, Brendan enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing guitar, listening to music—both longtime favorites and new discoveries—and staying active.
