Erin Bogart

Erin Bogart, Executive Search Consultant, brings more than 15+ years of senior living recruiting and talent operations experience to MedBest Recruiting. She specializes in placing high-impact leaders across Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, and CCRC organizations.

Erin began her career with MedBest back in 2007, in recruitment and operations support roles, where she gained deep insight into candidate sourcing, hiring workflows, recruiter performance, and search execution. Erin’s background spans both agency and in-house talent acquisition roles, including time recruiting for a mission-driven non-profit CCRC and serving as a full-desk recruiter for a national healthcare staffing and placement firm. 

With expertise that blends data-driven insight and a relationship-focused approach, Erin partners closely with operators to deliver leaders who elevate resident experience, team culture, and organizational performance.

Erin is based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She enjoys spending time with her large, close-knit family, day trips down the shore, and kayaking along the Delaware River.
