MedBest is seeking a Director of Business Development on behalf of an established physician services organization supporting post-acute and senior living providers across the Twin Cities Metro.

This role is designed for a sales professional who understands physician services, medical direction, and the importance of long-term clinical partnerships. It is a targeted, relationship-driven position with a clear scope and significant growth opportunity.

The Role

As Director of Business Development, you’ll lead outreach and partnership development with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and CCRCs. You’ll introduce physician rounding services and medical direction support, helping facilities improve clinical oversight, compliance, and continuity of care.

This is not a volume-driven role—it’s a strategic growth position requiring credibility, consistency, and strong follow-through.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain partnerships with SNFs, ALFs, and CCRCs

  • Present physician rounding services and medical direction offerings

  • Support onboarding of Medical Directors and Co-Medical Directors

  • Develop long-term relationships with operators and administrators

  • Own the full sales cycle from introduction through contract execution

  • Serve as a trusted resource in the post-acute community

Who You Are / What You Bring

  • Experience in physician services, post-acute, or healthcare business development

  • Comfort engaging with administrators, operators, and clinical leaders

  • Strong understanding of facility-based care environments

  • Professional, consultative sales approach
