This is a rare opportunity for a proven Regional Director / Area VP to step out of daily firefighting and into a role where you will shape the future of administrator education while still leveraging your deep operational credibility.

This leader will serve as the top executive for the Administrator Training Division, with responsibility for:

• Full ownership of day-to-day operations and P&L

• Leading and developing instructors and operational team

• Serving as a credible, customer-facing leader to administrators

• Driving expansion into new states (organic + M&A integration)

• Overseeing curriculum strategy and program development

• Supporting instruction occasionally as a backup (not a primary teaching role)

• Acting as the executive face of the business for partners, regulators, and customers

This role reports directly to the CEO and will have autonomy to build, scale, and lead this platform nationally.
