Westminster Towers, a faith based non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Rock Hill, South Carolina, has retained MedBest Recruiting, a national Senior Care Recruiting Firm, to identify and secure their next Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will oversee all aspects of the organization’s operations and strategic planning of their CCAC (Continuing Care Accreditation Commission) nationally accredited campus.   Since 1989, Westminster Towers has been providing excellent services to residents on their serene campus located in the Charlotte metropolitan area. Offering a variety of assisted and independent living options and health care services, the community currently serves approximately 500 seniors.   The Chief Executive Officer will report to the Board of Directors and provide leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of the organization’s operations to ensure compliance with established mission and objectives. The successful candidate will be a transformational leader with a demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction and ensure long-term operational success in the CCRC setting. The CEO will possess a strong understanding of the complexities and changes in the senior living industry and have the expertise and experience to align the organization with market demands, both present and future, to further the mission of Westminster Towers.   Requirements include a minimum of seven years of operational experience in a CCRC setting and a Baccalaureate degree in a related field (Master’s preferred). A Nursing Home Administrator license (or willingness to obtain) is strongly preferred. The CEO will receive a competitive compensation and benefits package.
