Erica Hutsenpiller, Executive Senior Living Recruiter, is dedicated to understanding the employment goals of both clients and candidates alike. Through her deep industry knowledge and experience, she knows how to identify and secure the perfect fit!

Erica is a people person. She creates an immediate rapport with individuals to help determine their current hiring needs and long-term goals. Erica’s known as a creative thinker and goes outside the box to solve any hiring issues or challenges including negotiating contracts.

With over 15 years experience in the Senior Living Industry, Erica served as a Regional Director of Business Development in Skilled Nursing and Executive Director for Assisted Living. Most of her experience as a Skilled Nursing/Home Health Regional Director of Business Development consisted of overseeing clinical liaisons, admissions, and developing long-term relationships with area Hospital C- Suite as well as Physicians in each marketplace. This position allowed her to work closely with Operators to have a pulse on each facility internal strengths and weaknesses. She also worked as an Executive Director in Assisted Living and dedicated Memory Care Communities.

Throughout her career, Erica actively served on multiple committees to help improve processes related to the continuum of care to decrease penalties related to CMS guidelines. In addition, 4 of the 8 Skilled Nursing Facilities and Home Health Agencies overseen were preferred providers for the CJR/BPCI and shared data with local hospitals and physicians for monthly and quarterly analysis. She served as a valuable resource to area physicians and their staff to continue to educate and improve outcomes.

Erica is an avid horse enthusiast and is passionate about wild mustangs and burros. Recently Erica and her Husband relocated to a historic homestead on 8 acres in South Georgia where she plans to adopt 2-3 of these horses in the next year.

In her copious free time she enjoys gardening and restoring her 200 year farmhouse. Erica is a mother of 3 amazing daughters, her oldest a video producer in NYC for Atlantic Records and 2 younger daughters studying Nursing at the University of North Florida.
