As a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), my professional expertise includes conducting vulnerability assessments, analyzing risks, identifying methods to mitigate risk, preparing security policy, managing contract security forces, developing and managing federal compliance programs and working with law enforcement agencies at the federal, state and local level. A strategic thinker, I am also skilled in emergency management, incident command systems and the operational management of intelligence and security systems. I maintain and have extensive current working relationships and professional contacts with local and state law enforcement agencies as well as intelligence departments within the Department of Homeland Security, FEMA headquarters, regional FEMA agencies and all state-level emergency management agencies including regional Joint Terrorism Task Force fusion centers. I maintain a current government issued SECRET security clearance and stay connected to the many federal Information Sharing Analysis Centers (ISAC) focused on safeguarding America’s critical infrastructure.
I have extensive experience managing enterprise wide safety and resiliency programs including certifications in HAZWOPER and OSHA-30 training. I have developed and introduced enterprise-wide Workplace Violence Prevention Programs, Travel Safety Programs, and Active Shooter awareness training including full-scale exercises that validated security response plans. Over my career I have developed effective preparedness and post-disaster recovery management procedures during numerous natural disasters quickly returning to normal business operations: Hurricanes (Isaac, Sandy, Matthew, Harvey, Irma, Maria), Tornados, Winter Storms, etc.
Given my passion for excellence and my varied leadership experience building high performing teams, I would make a significant addition to your management team, specifically as your Chief Operations Officer.
