MedBest Welcomes Amy Simpson as Executive Recruiter – Interim Solutions

MedBest Recruiting, Executive Search Firm exclusive to the Senior Living Industry, is pleased to announce that Amy Simpson has joined them as Executive Recruiter – Interim Solutions Division. Ms. Simpson brings extensive experience in interim healthcare staffing, launching new business endeavors, and implementing strategies for business growth.

At MedBest, Ms. Simpson will spearhead and expand their current Interim Solutions Division. She will work closely with the MedBest team and clients to help identify interim talent needs and fill vacant positions especially those at the executive level. Ms. Simpson found her passion in staffing and recruiting healthcare professionals in both acute and post-acute settings. As an administrator of a leading nurse staffing firm she increased sales and added a thriving homecare division to that location. Amy was then promoted to a regional Director over multiple branches in the Tampa market. Based on her significant experience in interim staffing, she was recruited to join a large national staffing firm to start a healthcare staffing division.

In 1996, Ms. Simpson was a founding member of what became the largest contract staffing provider of hospital medical coders, specialty abstractors and other Health Information Consultants in the U.S. Throughout her 18-year tenure, she directed and managed large teams of recruiters, account managers and compliance professionals in addition to creating training materials that focused on sales strategies and niche education.
