3607 – SKILLED NURSING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST – SENIOR LIVING ORGANIZATION – MULTISTATE INCLUDING MAINE, OHIO, ILLINOIS & COLORADO

MedBest is seeking a Skilled Nursing Operations Specialist for a Senior Living Organization that is dedicated to delivering the highest standards of service, environment, and care for residents and their families, emphasizing unique needs. In this position, you will support healthcare operations for 8 Continuum of Care Communities located in 4 states to include Maine, Ohio, Illinois, and Colorado.

The person that takes this position will assist the team at the direction of the Vice President of Operations and in partnership with the Regional Director of Operations. This individual will fill in as NHA in the case of a vacancy. This position requires 75%+ travel. It is ideal for the person who takes this position to live in Ohio or Maine, but we are open to other leaders who live in other states.

Qualifications:

● NHA license active and in good standing (multi state license or NHA license in Ohio, Maine, Illinois, or Colorado and/or eligible for reciprocity)
● 5+ years of related experience within skilled nursing and a long term care environment
● Ability to travel 75%+ and fill NHA vacancies as needed
