Great opportunity to join a highly respected Senior Living provider that operates upscale properties offering Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing services. Currently looking for a proven leader with a solid operations background to provide oversight and support for their Southeast territory (North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama and Georgia).

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior multi-site responsibility in the management of Senior Living communities
  • Must have operations experience in a Continuing Care Retirement Community setting
  • Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and evaluate programs
  • Strong skills in the areas of communication, leadership and employee relations
  • Must have the financial acumen to meet the goals of the company
  • Nursing Home Administrator license preferred
  • Able to live near regional office in NC and ability to travel
