A well-established, family-owned home health organization is seeking a Hospice Director of Operations to lead its growing hospice branch in the Greensboro / Winston Salem area of North Carolina. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospice branch, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.

• Financial Management: Monitor and manage the budget, including P&L, expense control, and financial planning, with a focus on pharmacy and supply costs.

• Employee Engagement & Retention: Lead a team of 30+ staff members, fostering a positive work environment, reducing turnover, and ensuring strong team collaboration.

• Business Development: Work alongside account executives to strengthen relationships with referral sources and expand service reach while maintaining sustainable growth.

• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with state and federal hospice regulations, working closely with corporate leadership.
