About the Role:

The DON will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, support staff performance, and uphold high-quality resident care. A supportive Resident Manager (RN) oversees the ALF and collaborates closely with the DON.

Requirements:

• Active RN license

• Previous experience in senior care or LTC leadership

• Strong communication, leadership, and team development skills
