The Chief Strategy Officer will create short- and long-term strategic plans that will guide the organization to expand access to care through partnerships, clinical programming, new initiatives, and relevant technologies.

This is a highly influential position that collaborates both internally and externally to improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of this company’s complete healthcare model.

Ideal Background/ Experience:

• RN with distinguishable credentials
• 5+ years of experience in an executive clinical leadership role for a multi-state skilled nursing provider of at least 50 skilled nursing facilities
• Proven track record in designing and implementing successful clinical programs for skilled rehabilitation services
• Ability to analyze and implement clinical KPIs to measure performance against overall objectives
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• PointClickCare experience

Location/ Travel Requirements:

Must reside near a major airport and be willing to travel 25%-50%
