MedBest has been retained by The Philadelphia Protestant Home (PPH) to find a dynamic Sales Director ready to lead with purpose and grow occupancy through relationship building. Located in Northeast Philly, PPH is a mission-driven, not-for-profit LifePlan community with deep roots and forward momentum.

The Role:

This is a leadership opportunity for a seasoned sales director with a passion for helping older adults make confident, informed decisions about their future. You’ll guide a team dedicated solely to Independent Living and oversee a full-cycle sales process, while shaping a culture that prioritizes connection, trust, and follow-through.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspire and lead your team to connect with families, build trust, and guide them through the decision-making process with care and confidence.

• Own the sales pipeline making sure every lead is followed up with, every conversation tracked, and every opportunity maximized.

• Grow occupancy by building strong referral relationships, hosting engaging events, and turning interest into move-ins.

• Make move-ins seamless by working closely with other departments to ensure every new resident feels welcome and supported from day one.
