4010 – DIRECTOR OF NURSING – UPSCALE ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE COMMUNITY – NEW JERSEY

We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical team, drive compliance, and elevate resident care standards in a large, upscale assisted living and memory care community. The Director of Nursing (DON) will play a crucial role in elevating the overall quality of care, optimizing community operations, and making a meaningful, lasting impact on both residents and staff through strong leadership, clinical expertise, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with AL regulations and best practices.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the nursing and caregiving team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Prior experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) or Resident Care Director (RCD) in assisted living, memory care, or SNF settings.

• Strong knowledge of NJ AL regulations and compliance standards.

• Proven ability to lead a team through change and drive positive clinical outcomes.
