We are excited to announce the opportunity for an experienced leader to join a premier LTC organization as their Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. This role is critical to driving recruitment strategies and aligning them with the organization’s core values. The person who takes this position will be managing a team TA Specialists. This is a remote role with occasional travel, offering flexibility to connect with the team and support organizational growth.
Position Highlights:
- Strategic Leadership: Design and execute a talent acquisition strategy that supports the organization’s growth and culture.
- Team Development: Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

- Data-Driven Improvement: Use metrics to refine processes and support data-informed decision-making.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 8-10 years in recruitment management, with senior-level experience required.
- Proven success in developing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong skills in leadership, communication, and data analysis, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in LTC or healthcare recruitment is preferred, but not required.
