MedBest is seeking a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing in Florida

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans

• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals

• Drive occupancy growth and enhance brand presence

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

• Navigate the market when new communities are built and/or acquired

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Senior Living sales and marketing

• Multisite experience required

• Independent living experience preferred

• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
