MedBest, a national search firm based in Senior Living and Long Term Care, has partnered with a highly reputable, non-profit Senior Living organization that is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Services for a portfolio of Continuum of Care Communities in Florida. The Vice President of Clinical Services position is responsible for the supervision of internal Nursing, Rehabilitation, CHIM, and Reimbursement support resources, within the operations department. This position is based in Orlando, and will require intermittent travel to each community on a regular basis to assist and evaluate the daily operations. The Vice President of Clinical Services will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations and work collaboratively with other members of the Senior Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a multi-site clinical setting; it is required that this person have experience in long term care/senior living. Qualified candidates will have the ability to lead clinical operation practices in alignment with the organization’s mission, goals, and values.

Requirements:

• RN License in Florida or eligible for reciprocity

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, Masters is preferred

• Multi-site experience in Skilled Nursing or Continuum of Care setting
