Great opportunity to join a respected Senior Living provider as Executive Director for a large senior living community in Bend, Oregon offering Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care services.
Our ideal candidate will present as having:
-Thorough understanding of Senior Living operations, its challenges and its rewards
-Presence to represent the community and set high standards for all employees
-Desire to provide care and services where customer service is of the utmost importance
-Skills to lead the facility in advancing their programs and services
-Financial acumen and the ability to meet the financial goals of the community
-Senior Living management experience to include working with multiple levels of care
-Assisted Living Administrator Certification, State of Oregon (or eligible)
-Demonstrated success in all areas of operational oversight
-Stable work history
-Enjoy decision making authority and autonomy
