The SDC/ICP would be responsible for the clinical education and the management of the Infection Control processes in a Nursing Home and the Residential Care Center.This is an opportunity to provide holistic and patient centered care in a community with respect for the older population.

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse license

• Minimum of 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience

• Must have, or obtain, additional specialized training in infection prevention and control.

• Comprehensive experience regulatory and policy compliance

• Solid knowledge of SNF rules and regulations

• Passion for teaching and training employees
