The ideal candidate is an individual who is comfortable working autonomously in their position. This person will be an integral part of the corporate team as they go through this expansion. The VPO will be responsible for the operational oversight of approximacalltoy 10 facilities, they will have 8 direct reports, and they will report directly to the COO.

Requirements:

• NHA License in Virginia (or eligible for reciprocity)

• 3+ years of operational experience in Skilled Nursing

• Multi-site experience in a geriatric setting

• Proven track record of success in budgetary management and regulatory compliance
