The Wellness Specialist position specializes in providing management support at the community level and works closely with the Regional Nurse on company initiatives, regulatory compliance and training.

-Licensed Nurse, State of Oregon
-Progressively responsible work history in the Senior Care setting
-Have knowledge and experience with the regulatory standards in the State of Oregon
-Home location in the Greater Portland, OR area
-Flexibility with schedule to include possible overnight travel
