A growing organization operating Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in multiple states has a new opportunity for an experienced Nursing professional with a background in Senior Care. The Regional Nurse position oversees the clinical services of five+ communities.
Responsibilities will include advising and directing Nursing/Wellness Directors, training at the community level and providing leadership in advancing quality assurance/ best practice initiatives.
Responsibilities
-Clinical care practices: Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring standards and
procedures for clinical care practices.
-Best practices: Takes a leadership role in quality improvement initiatives; ensures policies and
procedures are in alignment with the organization’s philosophy of care.
-Measurement: Conducts audits, mock surveys and ensures compliance.
-Training: Trains staff to meet requirements and evaluates outcomes.

Qualifications
-Registered Nurse
-Progressively responsible work history in geriatric nursing including multisite management/consultation experience
-Multi-state region- ability to travel weekly with overnight stays
