Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a background in the healthcare industry, preferably Senior Living. Primary responsibility will be to develop strategies to support the recruiting efforts for a large Continuing Care Retirement Community offering multiple levels of care. Duties include proactively identifying and screening prospective employees and working closely with management staff throughout the organization. This role also includes development/implementation of initiatives to enhance retention and employee programs that support the overall mission of the organization.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a take charge individual with:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task
  • Advanced technical/computer skills, analytical ability, and an understanding of employment lawCompassion and respect those served by the community and an interest in representing the vision, mission and goals of the organization

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum two years of experience with a focus on recruiting/retention
  • Experience in the Senior Care/Healthcare industry preferred
