Required:

  • 2 or more years of experience educating residents and families on financial obligations
  • Experience with billing and processing private pay, Medicaid/Medicare, managed care, insurance claims/collections
  • Strong communications skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage critical deadlines
  • Experience with PointClickCare a plus
