MedBest has been retained by a brand new Senior Living organization based out of the Greater Philadelphia Area. We are searching for a Personal Care Home Administrator to oversee a small, high-end community off the Main Line.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot in the door with a new and successfully growing organization. The person that takes the position will be a key leader in the development of the company as there are already future plans for other high-end locations. With such a unique model, this is Personal Care like you have never seen it before in Philadelphia!!

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience as a Personal Care Home Administrator. We want a collaborative and innovative leader that can assist in the startup process. The pre-leasing phase will begin this summer, and the community is scheduled to open in September. The person that takes this role will be responsible for all oversight and management of the community through the startup process and beyond.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of operational experience in Senior Living

  • Proven track record of success and commitment

  • Effective communication and management skills

  • Nursing license not required but a plus
