Newly created corporate position with a growing Senior Living organization. Work remotely, travel and report to COO.
Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a background in the healthcare industry, preferably Senior Living. Primary responsibility will be to develop strategies to support the recruiting efforts at multiple Senior Living communities. Duties include proactively identifying and screening prospective employees and working closely with management staff throughout the organization. This role also includes development/implementation of initiatives to enhance retention and employee programs that support the overall mission of the organization.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a take charge individual with:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task
- A proactive approach with advanced technical/computer skills, analytical ability, and an understanding of industry standards
- Energy to thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
∙ Bachelor degree preferred
∙ Minimum three years of experience with a focus on recruiting/retention
∙ Excellent organizational skills
∙ Travel restrictions apply at this time but travel will be required regularly in future at 25-50%
